Typically our customers come to us with an idea about a plan - or- with a sketch of a plan out of a plan book or magazine - or - with a sketch from the internet - or - sometimes with a full blueprint.

We have hundreds of plans at our office that we have built over the years that you can look through for ideas.

Occasionally a customer will want to see how much mortgage he can qualify for before choosing a home plan, in which case, we will take a credit application and show you examples of plans that are within your budget.

Bring or email us your plan, sketch or idea about what you want to build and we will ask you questions about how you want the home to be finished out. We will ask you questions about such things as cabinets, countertops, siding, floor cover, bath and light fixtures, infrastructure (septic, well, water and electrical sources, etc.), lot payoff, and from what you tell us, we'll prepare a proposal for you giving you a price to build your project and 4-5 pages of information as to what is included in the price.

We do not charge to give you a proposal - Our estimates are FREE!

If you like our proposal and want us to go forward with your project, we will draw up the floor plans, help with the financing if needed, and will build your new home the way you want it and where you want it.

Our shell homes include the outside completely finished with exterior paint and the plumbing 'roughed in' through the slab.	We will build to any stage of completion from a shell to a completed home. Any work that you do yourself will reduce your cost.	Our energy efficient finished homes are fully completed on the inside, including floor covering, interior paint, and ready to move in.
